BellvetVilla – Terms & Conditions

All sales will be done on WhatsApp only to direct customers through website to buy the frocks and check the list through Instagram or WhatsApp either way.

Welcome to BellvetVilla. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Pricing & Discounts
All prices listed on BellvetVilla are final.
No discounts will be provided on request.
Discounts or offers apply only when products are officially placed on sale by BellvetVilla.

2. Product Details & Sizing
Each product listing includes detailed images and accurate measurements.
It is the customer’s responsibility to review the measurements and choose the correct size before final payment.
BellvetVilla will not accept returns or issue refunds for incorrect size selection.

3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted only if the item is received damaged, torn, or defective.
Customers must inform BellvetVilla within 3 days of delivery in such cases.
Proof in the form of clear photos and a full unboxing video must be provided to verify that the issue was not caused after delivery.
Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Items that show signs of wear, stains, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
No refunds will be issued for rejected returns.

4. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded either to the original payment method or as store credit, at BellvetVilla’s discretion.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

5. Cancellations
Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your order details before making payment.

6. Product Variations
Slight variations in color, fabric texture, or pattern may occur due to photography lighting or device screen differences.
Such variations are not considered product defects.

7. Shipping & Delivery
BellvetVilla is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during shipment once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.
Customers should track their parcels using the provided tracking number.

8. Ownership & Rights
All images, designs, and product descriptions are the property of BellvetVilla.
Any unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

9. Agreement
By completing a purchase on BellvetVilla, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
